Tl;dr: We own ~1% of Arvinas (ARVN; disclosure: long); given myriad concerns with the company’s valuation and strategy, I have been privately communicating with the board and management team for months.
Thanks for your thoughts, Andrew. The C.E.O will make sure to read this letter multiple times consequently in a linear level, transparent kind-of-thinking overview of the situation then send a 3-minute short response with an automated email template.
You are not being entirely truthful when you say that the board are all good people. They have been corrupted by easy money and are showing contempt and a total disregard for shareholders.
Andrew, your recommendation #1 flies directly in the face of Munger's observation, "Show me the incentive and I will show you the outcome." You're gonna need a bigger cannon!
Hello Andrew, I am interested in your thoughts on the recent ARVN filing detailing for 15% headcount reduction and $100 million dollar share buyback. Am I correct in thinking that is significantly less than you and Logos Global Management were requesting.

There is nothing good about this.

As always joy to read your letters to board

Yes- as I told mgmt today, this is a step in the right direction but a small one and no where near enough
What stick do you have to make them do more?
