Sanderson is great, but there are others : Feist with The Riftwar series, and if you like the more humorous stuff : Pratchett with The Discworld series. There is so much out there
Bit late, but hooe you like it. I just started the first law trilogy by Abercrombie, but will return to Kelewan from time to time. Brent Weels, the Nightangel is also commendable. There are a lot of gems out there
They can be split up in several trilogies, some better than others. With a red thread running through them all.

I'm almost done the second book (think I mentioned it in the june updates); liking it, though i'm not sure if i want to do books 3/4
